Thank you for the great men you sent out to do the job!

I needed to write a note of thanks…too often, you probably hear about the things that did NOT go well. 

On Aug 15, you came to my home, and assessed the water damage to my basement.  I had a business meeting in Syracuse later that day, yet needed to have someone assess the damage and determine how to ward off additional damage from occurring.  Thanks to your efforts, two wonderful SERVPRO professionals came out to my home within an hour, set up blowers/dehumidifier – allowing me to jump in the car and head out of town (while knowing that the water damage was being taken care of.)

Zeke and Dan are truly awesome representatives of SERVPRO.  Both were professional, compassionate and efficient.  Today’s labor market is tight, and it’s hard to find good help.  These gentlemen are top notch.  Please be sure to recognize them for their outstanding customer service!

John & Brian were very courteous and helpful. They showed GREAT care with our home as it was limited area of damage. They were careful with doors and furniture and very neat. It was late on a Friday when they arrived but they did not rush the work. You are very lucky to have these two men on your team. Invest in them!
