This is the aftermath of heavy rains from a passing storm.  Our customers sump pump was not able to keep up with the influx of water, which caused overflowing into his finished basement. 

During a period of heavy rains, our customers sump pump failed and was not able to pump excess water out of the basement. You can see the puddles of water in this picture. The water also affected the finished part of this basement.
